Mobbs Engineering was first established in 2007 to meet demands from local companies for a reliable engineering company to supply quality products and service. Mobbs engineering was originally established as an owner operator business providing onsite boilermaking services, however due to the quality workmanship and service provided there was soon the demand to open an Emerald based Engineering/Fabrication workshop helping to meet tight time constraints by being local without compromising on safety and quality. Today Mobbs Engineering employees around 23 people providing a service to all industries, including Mining, Gas, Agriculture, Rail, Council and Commercial, we pride ourselves on having a quality skilled workforce and have an excellent reputation in the region, we are a trusted, competent, reliable team.
Our experience has seen Mobbs Engineering’s client and skills base grow and therefore we are ideally placed to provide services from design and drafting, engineering certification, fabrication, statutory inspections and reporting, general repairs, structural coatings, soda blasting and sandblasting & painting to our client’s specifications.
Mobbs Engineering’s 600m2 Emerald workshop is situated on a fully fenced all weather 10,000m2 block. Mobbs Engineering’s all weather yard places no limit on the size of the job we can handle.
